Arrangements must be made in advance. Organizations that show up without prior arrangements will only be allowed entrance subject to maximum occupancy rules and staff ratios.

Proper and appropriate swimsuit attire required at all times.

Children must be supervised by caregivers at all times. Caregivers are expected to remain with the children and refrain from swimming, sunning, reading, socializing or otherwise engaging in activities away from the children.

No running on pool deck. Loud, unruly, disrespectful behavior and profanity will not be tolerated.

Food and drink are allowed in designated areas only. Day care staff are responsible for policing the area and placing all litter in appropriate receptacles.

Organization is responsible for determining swimming ability of each child and shall ensure that all children meet the requirements for water slides, diving boards and deep water areas.

Guilford County Parks reserves the right to administer a swimming ability test and to over-ride the organization’s assessment.

Guilford County nor its agents will be responsible for any accident or injury during aquatic center usage. Nor will they be responsible for lost or stolen property.
